We value the health and well-being of our community and will continue to assess on a case-by-case basis what in-person events may be hosted this fall and winter.
Our trainers and host partners are working together to take steps that ensure events are conducted in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Moved United has discontinued widespread marketing of events and awarding of travel scholarships given that events are limited in size and primarily intended to serve only those in the local area until further notice. We recognize this compounds the challenges already present due to limited access to in-person training events.
In the meantime, we encourage you to check out resources in our training library and mark your calendar for the first-ever online offering of the PSIA-AASI National Adaptive Academy, which will be hosted in conjunction with the virtual The Hartford Ski Spectacular December 1-3! You don't want to miss the opportunity to take part in sessions presented by industry leaders from the comfort of your own home/office, where you can dive into topics like adapting snowsports programs for COVID-19, applying the fundamentals of skiing and snowboarding to adaptive disciplines, and supportive practices for equity and inclusion on the slopes and beyond. Registration is set to launch on November 5! Stay tuned for more details.
