ATTENTION CURRENT CHAMBER NON-PROFIT MEMBERS

The Bear Paw Festival is inviting any interested current Chamber Non-Profit Members the opportunity to have a tent/table in the Matanuska Federal Credit Union Parking Lot during the Bear Paw Festival.

Dates & Times for the Non-Profit Vendors:

Saturday July 16th (9:00AM - 9:00 PM) *Set-up before 8:00am
Sunday July 17th (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) 

The recommendation for set-up time is after 9:00PM Friday, or, before 8:00am Saturday morning if you need vehicle access to booth location. There will be no vehicle access to booth space before 6:00pm Friday July 15th as the bank will remain open. Friday from 6:00-9:00 PM is the Classic Car Show directly in front of Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union as well therefore no access for vehicles is available. Additionally, Saturday Business Blvd. closes at approximately 8:00am for the parade. Do not get stuck with no way in or out during those times...

 

Chamber Non-Profit Members - $100.00 

 

Non-Profit Booths may not sell anything. Donation Jars, swag and other Organization information is allowed. 

 

Please Note: Festival Activities held during the Bear Paw Festival July 13-17, 2022 and benefitting by virtue of the efforts engaged in by the Chamber of Commerce, sponsors, and other supporters of the Festival, bear an obligation to contribute fees to the Festival to help offset costs, to include infrastructure (permits, additional police patrol and security during Festival days), Mitigation Plans (safety and security),  increased signage, marketing, promotions (radio, print, electronic, and throughout Chamber events leading up to the Festival), and additional staffing to be responsive to callers and visitors inquiring about events for the Festival. The Chamber of Commerce is a 501c(6) non-profit and a self-sustaining organization.
