Greetings!

So much continues to come up for us humans to confront within and around us in order to - if we are brave enough and wise enough - improve how we relate to ourselves, each other and life itself. As we move through this extended season of reckoning, we are being forced in one way or another to look at what we do or don't want as part of our society and how we can coexist together in this country and on the planet.

The tragic concert in Houston last weekend was both sign of the times of where we are as a species and what I believe to be a huge warning for what might transpire on a larger scale if we don't get our you-know-what together. I was quite disturbed by the footage and firsthand accounts and was moved to write about it in my essay Astroworld Is Our World on Medium.

Most folks are just doing what they need to do to get through the day, and with our go-go-go lifestyle and 24/7 information/social media cycle, our short attention span and left-brain oriented culture keeps us, if we do not make a conscious effort, from deeply connecting to our hearts, our intuition and something greater than ourselves, even if that is just Nature itself.

So for today's PGG essay, I wanted to remind you to tune out the noise and instead tune into yourself and your own internal rhythms; and trust the organic, co-creative process of which you are a part so you can take the steps that are right for you in this dance of life.

The PGG Video of the Week reminds you to go with the flow; the Instagram post is reminder that there are no wrong steps and this one about how humans are an evolving species. And for the PGG Vibe of the Week, do a little TGIF shaking your booty to the title song, Rob Base and DJ EZ Rock's It Takes Two.

Also, it's been a hot minute since I did a Zoom anything; I plan on doing one towards the end of the month so please let me know what you would like me to offer and stay tuned for announcements.

Last but not least, if you look forward to and benefit from these weekly missives and PGG essays and want to show your gratitude, any donations for my efforts are welcome and appreciated here: Paypal.me/kristinaleonardi. And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.

Big hug <3
Kristina
