REV. FLORENCE CAPLOW
For the last two years we have invited your furry loved ones into our sanctuary for a Blessing of the Animals. This year we invite your “friends and associates” to join us virtually in an all-ages Zoom service – and there will be parts of the service just for them! Stuffed animals are also invited.
If you don’t have a pet, you are invited to enjoy the fun. Afterward, we will offer an in-person blessing outside the church. Additionally, you may also enjoy music from our UUCUC Virtual Choir this Sunday.
If you - and your pets - would like to participate in this service via Zoom, please us this link and password:
Meeting ID: 944 1152 8554
Passcode: UUCUC
You can also watch as livestream, in the usual way.
If you would like your pet to receive an in-person blessing, please come to the parking lot of the church between 11:45 and 12:45 after the service and we will bless them in a safe way! Please wear a mask (your pet doesn't have to!), and all dogs should be leashed with at least a 6-foot leash.

REV. FLORENCE CAPLOW AND REV. SALLY FRITSCHE
Fear is everywhere these days, and increasing all the time as we get closer to an historic election in the midst of a pandemic. What will it take to get through these times, and to continue to find the courage to respond and live our values, even when we are frightened?

All upcoming scheduled meetings and events at UUCUC listed on the calendar should be considered tentative. If you are planning on participating in a recurring meeting, please verify with the facilitator that the meeting or event is still scheduled to meet and is shifting to an online format.
