After another energizing year of accomplishing so much together, we are excited to reflect and plan SCORE’s impact for FY22 with you!

Planning for 2022

The Leadership Monthly Report Guides and resources are now updated for FY22 on the SCORE Support Center. This includes:

Annual SCORE On-Site Review for 2021

Look at past performance to understand and formulate future opportunities. We’re thrilled to use, for the first time ever, the new SCORE On-Site Review Form (SOSR). The required use of the SOSR is the annual retrospective review shortly after the Fiscal Year-End. DDs must complete this for all chapters by December 31 each year.

There are no points or recognition levels associated with the SOSR, although it will likely be considered in selecting the Chapter of the Year (COTY) at District, Regional, and National levels.

Chapters will now have access to an electronic copy of the SOSR form that will be prepopulated with metric data. The form should be completed online in Google Docs. You will be able to collaborate, print, and/or save copies locally. However, there will be no need to send anything to SCORE Headquarters, as once it is completed online it will be available to HQ.

Next Steps

On October 8, each Chapter Leader will receive a unique invite to their pre-populated SOSR form, to review and complete with their District Director. (DDs and ADDs will be copied on this invitation.)

An overview of the SOSR and online reporting will be demoed live on the next Leadership Call, Monday September 13 at 12pm ET.
Note that the SCORE Performance Dashboard Report will not be fully updated with the latest Engagement Index Data until after October 1, 2021.
