Once again unprecedented times are upon us as we now move towards a school year without the school. Parents are scrambling to figure out how to make social distancing education work, while trying to stay as productive as possible professionally; no easy task. This predicament has highlighted the lack of a quite study space in our home which added extra fuel to our fire in the search for a new home. This has been a great reminder that the buying process is a lot more emotional when your the one buying the house! The biggest obstacle that we've dealt with so far is simply the lack of inventory. If you find yourself in a similar predicament, give me a call and lets see what we can do to get you a little more comfortable in such an uncomfortable time.

  • New listings dropped down to 56 this week, and as I'm sure all of you know we desperately need more!

  • Pendings came in at 60 again this week, once again increasing our new COVID summer average.

  • 49 properties closed escrow this week, taking a slight step down from last week.
