Prescott Chamber of Commerce Weekly News & Updates
The Ask

Prescott has a long and proud Western heritage. The bars on Whiskey Row, and many other local favorites are part of that heritage that makes Prescott a unique and special place to live and visit. Forced closures have been so detrimental to these businesses who need to pay critical bills to keep their operations going. We have no idea when they will be allowed to re-open, and they’re desperate for your help!

The Prescott Chamber Foundation is launching a “Save our Bars” campaign. Our goal is to raise $200,000, with 100% of donations being awarded in $10,000 grants to each of the Bars in jeopardy. Please consider helping by making a donation to the Prescott Chamber Foundation.

This crisis will end, and when it does we want our historic/local and iconic bars ready to serve us and our visitors. Please help, we need you; Prescott needs you! For more information go to PRESCOTT.org and click on “Save our Bars” or call us at 928-445-2000

Prescott Hearing Center
About Prescott Hearing
Prescott Hearing Center was established with the goal of providing quality and affordable hearing solutions to the community of Prescott, and the Quad-City area in Yavapai County, Arizona.

Our motto of “Simply better, from the start,” really exemplifies what Prescott Hearing Center is all about. Let’s be honest, a client will not come through our doors until they simply get tired of saying “what?” all the time. Unfortunately, when that person is presented with a hearing solution that is not affordable or doesn’t work well, the frustration of saying “what?” may continue indefinitely.

However, when a hearing aid is fitted properly, from the start, it is possible for the patient to get more satisfaction from the devices without high initial costs, or a lot of costly follow-up visits. Our gold standard of fitting hearing aids allows for a more precise fit and yields better sound quality, thus allowing higher immediate user satisfaction and less time in our office for follow-up adjustments of the hearing aids.

Prescott Hearing was voted Best Hearing Aid Center in 2020 by Yavapai County residents. Please join us for an exclusive free webinar hosted by our hearing specialist Doug Dunker. The webinar will be Wednesday, August 19th at 1pm MST.

Yavapai Human Society

Hi There! My name is Ginger and I am a 6 year Terrier, Pit Bull mix who is ready for my forever home! I’ve been here since October and while I love everyone here and all they do for me, I just want a family to call my own. They are clicker training me which is fun because I get to learn things and get treats for being a good girl! I love to play with toys, tennis balls and rope toys but I sometimes get a little carried away and a little mouthy when I’m playing and need to learn cut off cues from my person. I’m super friendly and love attention from everyone. My favorite thing is to roll over on my back for some belly rubs… is there anything better? ~ Here’s the thing though… I have to be the ONLY animal in your home and by that I mean no other dogs, cats or farm animals because we will not get along. I am very afraid of thunder and loud noises and I’m protective of my people and our home, so I need help with proper training to be introduced to new people. Once I get to know you, we’re good to go!! So make an appointment by calling 928-445-2666 to see me and let’s go outside in the bark park so you can see my beautiful personality and smile! Can’t wait to meet you!!
