  • Receive notifications when your daily consumption exceeds the prior day's consumption by a use threshold you set
  • Get bill forecast notifications
To register for this free service, just enter your billing account number and email address. You can then access all of your utility data as soon as it becomes available each billing period.

City's mobile data collection project
During the weeks of March 7 and 14, weather permitting, the City will inventory the condition of all streets and alleys within our city limits. To accomplish this, the City has contracted with Data Transfer Solutions (DTS), a nationwide firm that provides asset management and mobile data collection services to local and state government agencies.

Using a van equipped with digital cameras (see example above), DTS will collect imagery on all pavement assets within our right-of-way. To ensure the highest quality of data and imagery, the van will only operate during daylight hours. To lessen shopper and diner inconvenience, the van will drive the City’s retail areas during the early morning hours on the two Sundays that fall inside the collection time period. Additionally, the van will not survey alleys that are currently closed for infrastructure or resurfacing work. Once collected and processed, the City will use the data to help determine and prioritize the streets that are most in need of mill and overlay and repairs.

If you have any questions or need additional information about this data collection process, please contact the City at 214-987-5447.

Let Waste Wizard help you decide what to recycle
This quick and easy search tool, found in the Sanitation/Recycling section of the City’s website, provides details on what materials go into the recycling bin or the trash can. It also tells you if an item must be taken to Dallas County’s Home Chemical Collection Center. The Center is located at 11234 Plano Road in northeast Dallas.

What item have residents asked about most? How to dispose of paint cans! Answer: If the paint cans are empty, and the moisture content is gone, you can toss them into your blue recycling bin. If they are full or partially full you must take them to Dallas County’s Home Chemical Collection Center.
