Texas Highland Lakes Airstream Club #172 Rally
Please read the following information before registering.
TWO STEP REGISTRATION: Step 1 - Call the park and reserve one of the Airstream Clubs sites. Let them know you are with the club to received the $45 rate.
Step 2 - Register on our website for the rally. You will need your campsite # when you register with the club.
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
RALLY FEES generally include food, dining hall rental, decorations and game prizes. The fee is divided among the rigs. It is paid on the second morning of the rally with cash or check. The rally fee is assessed after the treasurer has received all the rally expenses from the host.
CLUB CANCELLATION:/RALLY FEES: Please notify the President. Failure to cancel with the club may require you to pay for fees the club cannot recover. Contact Carol at (512) 751-2464.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE RV PARK:
A cancellation fee of $20.00 is applicable if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Within 48 hrs of the arrival date, you will be charged $45.00. The balance of your payment will be refunded to you.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES — NO EXCEPTIONS.
