Catechetical Focus for the Month of September: Commandments and Conscience

Required Forms Parents, each year it is required that parents sign off on having received and read the CCHS Handbook, the Drug and Alcohol Policy, and the Photo Release Form. This year, all three of these forms are found in one Google Form. Click HERE to fill out the form. All forms need to be received by Friday, September 25, 2020. It is also required that each student has an Emergency Form completed each year. This file can also be found in the Parents tab, under forms. Please complete the form in full. General Announcements  School Office Hours: The school office will be closed on Friday, September 25th because of a Diocesan Professional Day. If you need a Driver Eligibility form completed please plan accordingly. Substitute Teachers Needed: Charlotte Catholic High School is accepting applications for substitute teachers. Substitute teachers carry out the duties and responsibilities of the regular classroom teacher when the classroom teacher is absent. College degree is required. Substitutes are called on an as-needed basis and must stay current with the submission of all required documents and required training. The deadline to apply this year is September 30. All applicants must first apply for Tuition Assistance through MACS. Student News Clubs: If you are a student who is interested in starting a club, click hereto download the Club Request form. All clubs must be approved by the Administration and students must find their own Teacher advisor.
