Webster Co. ISU Extension and Outreach and AFES are hosting Understanding Implicit Racial Bias (UIRB). This one-day Learning Exchange brings together professionals, volunteers, and community members in a Brave Space environment to discuss the impact implicit racial bias has on decision-making and our relationships with others.
