Complete Science Lab Utility Controller Package

Allows instructor to independently control gas, electricity, water and fan; key activated to help prevent unauthorized use, accidents and vandalism.
Programmable timer automatically turns off utilities when classroom is not in use.
Utilities default OFF until emergency has been resolved and teacher activates system.
Complete system includes Utility Controller, Remote Panic Button, Fuel Gas Sensor, Monitoring Beacon, Emergency Shower Monitor and Enclosures.
Emergency shut-off button deactivates utilities and turns exhaust fan on; fire alarm turn fan off.
Fuel Gas Sensor detects gas leaks; disables gas.
Monitoring Beacon visually indicates location of emergency.
Emergency Shower Monitor notifies if water is flowing.
4 diagnostic LED’s indicate cause of utility shut-off.
