April 25, 2022
Recently, the folks at ViewSonic presented their list of top trends in monitors and visual displays. My lead story showcases where monitor technology is going.

I have several articles this week. First, though, a caution reported by Richard Chambers.

I've spent this last week working with Adobe Premiere and found some cool stuff.

Thinking of Premiere, After Effects can be pretty intense, especially if you don't use it a lot. Apple Motion is a great fall-back when you need to create motion graphics for ANY NLE. Here's what you need to know.

The annual NAB Show celebrates the latest technology for media. And there's a lot of it. So much so that it is easy to get overwhelmed. As we slowly come out of the pandemic and the massive upheaval that caused, remember to focus on your communication skills. That will help you make the right decisions on which technology best enables you to tell the stories that others want to watch.

Remember, just because it's "the latest thing," does not mean it's going to last.

Stay safe, stay healthy and edit well.
