Delta Pure's Commitment to Continuous Improvements 
We have been manufacturing in our new facility in West Chicago Illinois since mid-June. Our new team is effectively settled in and is already making productivity improvements. AJR Filtration is continuing to invest in both inventory and infrastructure for the Delta Pure lines to benefit all customers. 

*On-hand inventory and component inventory has been increased for string wound and melt-blown filters and a selection of our high-volume carbon filters, allowing for speedy shipments.
*Infrastructure improvements will commence with new string winding machines. The new machines will provide several production benefits: to provide 33%more production capability, faster set-up and changeover times, and more flexibility in sizes and configurations. The new equipment will enable more production with less maintenance.
 
DWC Series Carbon Filter Cartridges
DWC Series DWC Series Carbon Filter Cartridges provide removal of chlorine, bad taste and odor, oil and a wide variety of other contaminants.

The  DWC Series Carbon Filter Cartridges are an economical solution for potable water and other liquids compatible with Cellulose. The DWCF cartridges contain a coconut carbon impregnated polyester media and offer compatibility with a wide range of liquids such as plating solutions. Both contain a rigid Polypropylene core for strength and stability.

EEF Series: Precision String Wound Filters
The EEF series precision string wound filters for Extremely Efficient Filtration employ a polypropylene nonwoven final filter layer downstream of a wound pre-filter section. These filters remove a much higher percentage of fine-particulate compared to traditional string wound filters - up to 99% of 0.5 micron particles.
Filter users with challenging fluids who need to remove particulates at or below 1 micron diameter, and who want the economics and chemical compatibility of a string wound filter, have long relied on the EEF Series. Nominal removal ratings of 0.2 micron and 0.5 micron are available. The EEF series of depth filters offer a choice of pre-filtration media and support cores. End fitting options allow the retrofitting of most filter housings.
HC High Capacity Wound Filter Cartridges
Delta Pure HC "high capacity" series string wound filter cartridges provide excellent filtration for fluids with a wide particle size distribution. The HC series filters are wound with two zones in order to provide longer filter life with challenging fluids. A more open pre-filtration section serves to protect the downstream section and remove larger particles, while a tighter final filter section provides removal of smaller particulates. The rating of each zone is specified in order to provide a filter uniquely tailored to process requirements.
