FROM MR. KUEKER
BGS Families,

Happy Friday!

Students had a blast today during our Halloween parades. It is always fun to see the creative costumes that students wear. Thank you to those that came out to watch as the students proudly walked by showing off their costumes.

Starting this week, we will begin an activity in which we provide an opportunity for all of the BGS students and staff to connect on a regular basis in a fun way. We created a special Flipgrid that will be the location of questions we ask throughout the school year.

To participate, join the BGS Group on Flipgrid by using the code or link provided below. You will also be able to access the question directly by clicking the third link.
Once joined, you will see the questions that students can respond to. Students will also be able to respond to each other regarding their answers. We look forward to seeing and hearing the connections and responses.

Next week, to go along with the national voting day, students will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite superhero: Wonder Woman or Black Widow. Third grade students have provided campaign posters and announcements that have been shared with the school the past two weeks. The winner of the election will be announced during our first virtual Bristol Time on November 4.

Thank you as always for your continued support and working together.

Sincerely,
Mr. Kueker
Bristol Grade Principal

BRISTOL TIME
Another unique and special tradition at BGS is our Bristol Time. This is a time where all students and staff come together in the gym to celebrate student birthdays, celebrate those that received Bristol Tickets and to review our Bristol Traits and discuss them as a large group.

This year, we are unable to hold our Bristol Time physically all together, but we are continuing the tradition by providing an opportunity for our students at home to join virtually via Zoom. Students at BGS will remain in their classrooms and all classes will join together for a unified Bristol Time. Information on how to join will be sent to elearning families.
