Remember to keep track of your lockbox inventory. Lockboxes should be properly assigned in their SentriLock app and on the listing in Matrix. Lockboxes must be removed from a listing once it has closed, expired, or terminated. Click the button below for more information.
To search for Age Restricted/Qualified community properties:
Click add/remove at the bottom of the search form
Search for “restrictions”
Add the field into the selected fields
Press the bottom back button
Hold shift and select the first two values, and they will be criteria in your search
