DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN THE CHURCH BUILDING IS LOCKED.
Please call for appointment to meet with staff.
Dear Friends,

The Mayflower youth leaders have submitted their plans for a phased re-opening of our church building. Initially, we hope to let our young people use the Youth Room and Fellowship Hall for safe-minded gatherings followed by a thorough sterilization after each use.

I am wholeheartedly excited about this possibility. If the plans work, we will explore more ways to open doors for worship even on a limited basis. Let’s pray that this next phase of re-opening is successfully implemented.

Blessings,
Jonathan

This Sunday at Elevate:
This week Sunday, October 18, we have been invited by our friends at
New City Kids to join in a community wide gathering of youth ministries.
We’d love for our group to show up in force to support them.
It will be held outdoors from 5:00-6:30pm, and masks are required.
If it is helpful, we can coordinate a carpool that will leave from /return to church. Please contact Allison Houlihan ( allison@mayflowerchurch.org) if you’d be willing to drive and/or your child needs a ride.

A Hymnal at Home!
We would like each Mayflower family to take a hymnal home as we continue our virtual worship services.
These hymnals can be used each Sunday morning as we sing the hymns from home, and they can be used throughout the week as a devotional.

Hymns for a Pilgrim People has been in our pews for about 10 years. It was published by GIA in 2007, and in addition to being a wonderful compilation of past and present hymnody, it also includes extensive scriptural index, a complete Psalter, prayers, and information about each hymn (who wrote the text, who composed the melody).
