We invite you to join in a very special community gathering for all who feel connected to Finn and his inquiry into engaging collective intelligence and the “Magic in the Middle”
As co-founder of the World Cafe, primary contributor to the development of the Art of Hosting and The Flow Game, as well as leading light in the inquiry into collective consciousness - Finn’s is an Origin Story with relevance in many fields.

The time is now to take a deep breath together, to reflect on Finn’s work, to share stories of encounters with him and with his legacy, and to dive deep into what it means to “engage the Magic in the Middle”.
We know we cannot make a difference at scale by working alone. Finn knew the truth of that at a very profound level when he wrote:
“Ensure, invite, catalyse, design for cross-pollination between conversations on the assumption that any part of the whole of the conversation will reproduce the essence of the whole in the next conversation.”
A few months before his passing, Finn was asked what his burning question was. He responded: “What can emerge now?”. This question has been our compass and red thread throughout this project: keeping our hearts and minds open for what can emerge.
