Continuing Education (CE)

For Brokers: Need to Renew Your Agent's License? You can do so here. Licensees are required to complete the Qualifying Questionnaire prior to renewing their license.

License Renewals: The NJ Real Estate Commission is providing extension dates for the regular deadlines during this renewal cycle. The licensing renewal cycle deadline of June 30 has been extended to Monday, July 19. The late fee of $200 is now due and payable for any license renewals during this CE cycle.

NJ Realtors: State of the Housing Market Future Homebuyer Trends and Business Solutions This session will cover the latest economic market trends, changing home buyer demographics and practical business solutions that will grow your business in 2021 and beyond. CE: 1 elective (for new 2023 term) Tuesday, July 13, from 1 – 2 pm. Registration here.

NJ Realtors: Discover the Possibilities with Home Possible® Mortgages and Home One® Learn more about Freddie Mac’s conventional low-down payment offering Home Possible and how it is expanding homeownership opportunities for borrowers with low to moderate income and very low-income homebuyers. They will also introduce you to HomeOne Freddie Mac’s conventional low-down payment solution for first-time homebuyers. This session will take a deep dive into the point-of-sale experience and best practices to help you meet the needs of your borrowers and the communities you serve. CE: 1 elective (for new 2023 term). 1. Listing Assistant Expected in July - Soon subscribers will be able to start their listing faster with the help of Listing Assistant. This new feature in Listing Management will give viewers visibility into listing fields from the tax record and previous listings to add details to their listing prior to the full edit screen. 2. Bright Support Holiday Hours, July 4 - The Bright customer support center is open and available to serve subscribers through the holiday weekend:
  • Saturday, 7/3: 9am - 6pm

Two RPAC Events You Don’t Want to Miss NJ Realtors is hosting two RPAC events this summer one in-person, one virtual. Please attend and help CORE meet our annual RPAC goal!
  • Take Me Out to the Ballgame On July 22, attend a Somerset Patriots game. The team recently became a Double-A minor league for the New York Yankees and will be playing the Altoona Curve beginning at 7 pm. Two tickets will cost $250, and attendees will be in one of two private boxes RPAC will have at the game. Purchase your tickets here.
  • Calling All Sommelier Wannabes On August 5 at 6 pm, RPAC is hosting a virtual California wine tasting. A wine sommelier from In Good Taste Wines will lead the virtual tasting. Tickets are $150 per person, and attendees will receive a flight of eight wines shipped directly to your home prior to the event. Purchase your tickets here.
