Dear Congregation:
I pray that all of you are healthy and blessed by the Lord. This weekend we continue our summer Pericope schedule, preaching through the epistle or Gospel lesson of the three-year church calendar. Pastor Ben will be preaching from Romans 8:26-39, reminding us that for the believer, nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus! The scripture readings are, Psalm 105:1-8 and Matthew 13:31-33 & 44-52.
There is a mandatory "wear a mask in public places" police in effect in Minneapolis (Executive order 20-81). We are highly recommending that, if possible, please wear a mask upon entering and exiting the sanctuary. We are also asking that you wear the mask whenever social distancing (6ft apart) is not possible. We know this might seem inconvenient, but I believe that this is an opportunity to place the needs of others (potentially at risk congregation members) as more important than ourselves (Philippians 2:3-4).
We will have masks available for those who do not have them. We are asking that you would honor the CDC's recommendation of social distancing, but also understanding families will sit next to one another. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call us.
