Trans-Bridge Lines Resumes Bus Routes on Its Doylestown/Flemington Schedule
After almost a year and a half of suspended service, Trans-Bridge Lines resumed bus routes on its Doylestown/Flemington Schedule Monday, August 16, 2021. The return-to-service comes after carefully surveying passengers who wish to use the service from areas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, as well as areas in New Jersey such as Flemington, Branchburg, and Lambertville. Read the Press Release.
Happy Valley Adventure Bureau On The Move!
Happy Valley Adventure Bureau, the CVB formerly known as Central PA CVB, the host of our 2022 Annual Meeting June 19-22, 2022 has moved.  Visit them at their new location 131 S Fraser St Suite 3 State College, PA. 16801.
Wind Creek Bethelem is Expanding
Our Annual Meeting host, Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeing their expansion project start to rise! As you may be aware, they broke ground in January on the Tower 2 expansion of Wind Creek Bethlehem. The second tower will feature 276 rooms and suites, 35,000 square feet of event space, lobby bar, rooftop pool and impressive spa on the 15th Floor of the hotel.  Once complete in late Fall 2022, their integrated resort will have over 550 guestrooms, 60,000 sf of meeting and event space and a variety of amenities for all to enjoy.

PBA Writes Governor Wolf for Pandemic Relief Assistance
PBA sent a letter to Governor Wolf on behalf of our association members asking him to speak with the PA Congressional Delegation and request their assistance to address the CERTS Funding oversight as Congress considers the reconciliation legislation to enact President Biden's American Jobs Plan and American Families Plan.  PBA also is requesting his help for pandemic relief assistance from any unspent American Rescue Plan funding, like was recently announced to provide relief for the salon industry.  Read the letter.

PBA members have been invited to join several northeastern motorcoach associations at a joint meeting in Massachusetts on September 9th.  The associations involved are Connecticut Bus Association (CBA), New England Bus Association (NEBA), Greater New Jersey Motorcoach Association (GNJMA), Bus Association of New York (BANY), Mass Bus, and us.  View the invitation and register today!

Invoices and update forms have been mailed! PBA sends membership invoices two months ahead of our new all-for-one common renewal date of October 1st.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

Send Your CERTS Grant Questions to Treasury for FAQ and Keep Advocating for $6B More in Reconciliation  
The U.S. Department of Treasury is collecting questions regarding CERTS allowable spending and intends to issue a revised Frequently Asked Questions.  Please submit your questions to CERTS@treasury.gov as soon as possible and watch for the notice announcing the revised FAQs.  

Action Needed: Tell your US Representative and Senators they must use reconciliation to ADD $6 billion for CERTS Grants before more motorcoach businesses are lost.
