Joyce wore many hats at the Old State House. She served as our Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Coordinator and also shared her talents as a photographer at Annual Conferences, Rhody Awards, State Preservation Grants presentations, and other RIHPHC events. We wish her all the best on her new career in private industry.
