Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Requirements Reminder

Recipients of federally funded Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments must comply with certain reporting requirements. Recipients who received one or more payments exceeding $10,000 in the aggregate are required to file their report within their reporting time period. 

The PRF Reporting Portal is now open until September 30, 2021 for recipients who received one or more payments exceeding, in the aggregate, $10,000 for the period April 10, 2020 through June 30, 2020. 

An audit is required if the recipient spent in excess of $750,000 of federal Provider Relief Funds during their fiscal year.
