Sunrise Presidio Village HOA Board
seeks a qualified individual for the Treasurer position
The SPV HOA Board is in need of a new Treasurer. The position is to fill the remainder of the term which ends in 2022. The following skills are needed:
Manage and oversee the financial affairs of Sunrise Presidio Village HOA;
Manage relationship with the firm that provides accounting and real estate transaction services;
Knowledge of financial control and budgeting;
Experience in analyzing financial reports;
Clear and methodical record keeping;
Available to promptly address issues.
