Hi! I’m Ashley. I graduated from Vero Beach High School in 2016 and then ventured on to Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL. During my time at Flagler College, I interned with a probation/parole office and worked full-time in retail. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology, and after graduation moved back to Vero Beach, FL. I worked at the IRCSO for some time and then came across the opportunity to work with Lulich & Attorneys. I started as a receptionist/intake specialist and after a few months was promoted to Legal Assistant in our Real Estate Department. Since being promoted, I have worked closely with Attorney Jordan Lulich and the departments paralegal, Kerrie Coleman. They’ve taught me everything I know about real estate and am still learning every day. I love working with Lulich & Attorneys and participating in all the events we host and take part in. It’s given me the opportunity to meet so many different members of our community. |

Raised in Vermont on a large family dairy farm, it instilled in me a work ethic that most jobs are not 9 to 5. My parents gave me a passion for studying and understanding the field of work that I choose to pursue. Using that knowledge with technology and benefited my family and my clients. My parents also instilled a belief in giving back to your community and paying it forward.
My many years of putting my client's needs first, knowledge of Indian River County and Brevard County, volunteering my time to local organizations like Rotary, The Sebastian Clambake Foundation, my local knowledge and business experience will be beneficial to anyone looking to sell their property or buy their dream home.
Now as my Rotary club foundation president, I meet and help more people than I could ever have imagined. I am truly blessed to have a wonderful wife, 2 sons’, an incredible daughter-in-law and 2 amazing grandchildren. All this and a great company to work with in Real Estate.
