DID YOU KNOW the Health and Hope clinic is now offering FREE immunizations and Flu Shots? You can come anytime during clinic hours and ask for them as a patient.

THIS BEAUTIFICATION DAY was made possible by our wonderful PSC Paramedic class shift C and coordinated by our dedicated volunteer, Brad Tarter. Thank you Brad for going the EXTRA mile for Health and Hope Clinic.
We are all about providing health and HOPE to all of our patients. We love to connect with our patients and offer prayer as a follow up to patient visits.

Become part of the volunteer team today. Our goal is to provide wrap around care to each and every patient. We know that every patient visit is valuable and can result in a life changed.


















  • Volunteers, be sure to SIGN UP on the volunteer schedule posted in your department. If you've been out for a brief period time, email [email protected] to get back on the schedule.

  • Don't be the hero. If you feel sick, stay home.

  • Check your temperature and answer the Covid-19 questions at the temperature station and record on the clipboard.

  • We distribute Narcan through the pharmacy during regular clinic hours. Narcan can treat opioid overdose in an emergency situation. Anyone can receive Narcan from Health and Hope Pharmacy. You do not have to be a patient to receive Narcan.

  • Christmas at the Clinic is DECEMBER 1st. We are gathering sponsorships and donors now. Who do you know that is crafty(to decorate a tree/wreath), owns their own business (to be a sponsor), or anyone who would like to donate to this event? Contact Sally 850-748-4456. Get your tickets now.

  • We have added a new form for any patients prescribed Merck drugs, available in the pharmacy and must be added to the patient's medical chart.

  • Volunteer Christmas Party - Are you a volunteer at Health and Hope Clinic? Join us on December 18th for a fun afternoon 12-3PM. Food and Fellowship.
