All previous year sweatshirts can only be worn on Spirit Days only. These new sweatshirts can be worn on every informal uniform day.

Formal uniform days are the first day of school and the first Tuesday of each month. Here is the link for you to review the policy.  Dress Code Policy

School Lunches 2020/2021

Beginning with the 2020/21 school year, WCA has made the decision to switch to DCSD Nutrition Services for our school lunch program. With the outbreak of COVID-19, we have seen an increase in the number of families experiencing financial hardship and increased regulations and recommendations surrounding school sanitation. DCSD Nutrition Services will offer lunches at a lower cost to families and will comply with all school sanitation guidelines. We are also excited that they have agreed to offer cultural themed lunches for Hispanic Heritage Month, Chinese New Year, and Mardi Gras. We have enjoyed working with My Kids Lunch the past five years, and we know our students will miss seeing Ernest as much as we will.

With the transition to DCSD Nutrition Services, meal payments will be made through MySchoolBucks. Stay tuned for instructions later this summer on how to set up an account and when to order lunches.

If you have a remaining balance in your account with My Kids Lunch, please contact them directly for a refund at 303-778-0916 or  [email protected]. Credit card refunds will take about 5-7 business days to process, and check refunds may take around 2 weeks.

We are excited about this transition and appreciate your patience during the process.
