Youth Pumpkin Carving
Uptown Youth are invited to a pumpkin carving contest Halloween afternoon at 1pm at James Boyce Park. RSVP for a pumpkin, otherwise BYOP (pumpkin)! There will also be prizes for the best costumes. Click on the pumpkins to register, and email Matt with any questions
9AM Nursery Update
Nursery for babies - 3 years olds in the 9AM service continues this week! It has been a joy to have these littles back together and an encouragement to have eager volunteers. Please register your child for nursery as soon as you make plans to attend worship so we can manage ratios and volunteers well!
New Email Platform Coming Soon!
We are transitioning from Constant Contact to Mailchimp to manage email campaigns and our contact lists will be automatically transferred to Mailchimp. If you wish to unsubscribe from the Uptown Updates email list, please do so by scrolling to the bottom of this email and clicking "Unsubscribe."
Looking for Roadies & Greeters!
Two important components of in-person worship are Roadies and Greeters: Roadies set up and tear down the rented spaces each Sunday, while Greeters welcome & manage a safe flow of people in the building. If it's safe for you to attend in-person worship please consider serving on one of these teams! The tasks specific to these teams have changed some due to Covid protocols, but the need and impact remains.
Our 2020 Life Groups are underway and there's still time to join! Click Here for a map to see where these groups meet around the city plus their meeting schedule and leader details. Reach out to Dave Kulp with questions!
