Francis Court III 

After more than 10 years, Francis Court III, our newest permanent supportive housing program is housing previously homeless families.

Construction began in 2020 and despite the bumpy road, the wait is finally over for the blessed families that now reside in the brand new 4-plex.

An Open House and House Warming Event was held on August 20th to celebrate the momentous occasion!

Francis Court III was a team effort with funding generously provided by The City of Redding Redevelopment Funds, NorCal COC HEAP Funding through Shasta County Housing and Community Action Agency and a donation from Mercy Medical Center Redding. K2 Development served as the general contractor, Shelly Kibler as the architect and PACE as the engineer.

With recent expansions FaithWorks now serves more than 50 children!
