New RNC TV Ad Slams Texas Democrats

The RNC released a TV ad exposing Texas Democrats’ lies about voter ID and election integrity laws. The ad called, “Voter ID” features Melvin Everson calling out Texas Democrats for their lies.
- The 30-second TV ad is running for two weeks in the Austin, Texas media market
“Texas Democrats’ trip to D.C. has been a disaster, from their superspreader events to lying about proposed election integrity reforms which the American people widely support, wrote Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.
- “Democrats’ opposition to commonsense voter ID shows just how out-of-touch they are, and further proves their lies and hysterics are merely a show to justify a federal takeover of our elections. While Democrats launch dishonest theatrics, Republicans will continue our comprehensive efforts to make it easier to vote and harder to cheat.”
Texas Democrats have an established pattern of spreading lies and trying to create partisan theatrics to distract from common-sense election integrity measures.
- Their two walkouts in Texas are just the latest examples of their attention-seeking antics.

It started with a joy ride with a case of Miller Lite. And now has turned into a COVID-19 super spreader event.

The RNC Counsel's Office had a monumental election integrity win this month with the Supreme Court victory in Brnovich v. DNC. Working with the NRSC, NRCC, and Arizona GOP, the RNC helped finance the litigation, coordinated efforts to get the Supreme Court to accept the case, and led the selection process for Supreme Court counsel to represent Arizona GOP. In Brnovich, Democrats were asking the Supreme Court to transform the plain language of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which forbids election laws that discriminate on the basis of race, into a blank check that would allow for courts to strike down ordinary election laws without limit. In a resounding victory for election integrity, the court rejected the Democrats’ arguments and upheld Arizona's out-of-precinct policy and ballot harvesting prohibition. The Counsel's Office looks forward to continuing to fight to defend states' commonsense election integrity laws in Florida, Georgia, Iowa, and elsewhere.

Biden Has Created Chaos at the Southern Border
Joe Biden’s open border policies created a historic border crisis – and the crisis shows no signs of slowing. This trend is far from “transitory” as Biden attempts to claim. Kamala Harris’ attempts to address the root causes are an objective failure. We’ll give her a hint: she should address the true root cause – her administration’s own failed open borders agenda.
What you need to know:

Last week alone, there were 20,000 illegal migrants apprehended in just the Rio Grande Valley Sector of the border.

As bad as these figures appear, the reality could be far worse. According to a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) analysis of the El Paso Sector, as many as 77% of adult illegal immigrants crossing the border by themselves are trying to evade apprehension. Unfortunately, many are successful.

According to estimates, just 68% of the illegal migrants crossing the border are apprehended, meaning an estimated 576,000 illegal immigrants could cross the border and escape into the U.S. undetected this year.

Even as the weather heats up, massive groups of illegal immigrants from around the world are heading to the border to exploit the crisis Biden created.

About 50,000 illegal migrants have now been released into the United States without being assigned a court date – and just 13% have appeared at their assigned ICE office.
The bottom line:
As Democrats scold Americans for their masking and vaccination habits, they are allowing thousands of untested, and often unvaccinated, illegal migrants pour across the southern border – it’s a stark display of hypocrisy. The Biden border crisis is to blame for spiking crime rates in border communities, national security threats, and for the record amounts of deadly illegal drugs that are hitting communities across the nation.
Democrats’ COVID-19 Hypocrisy
Americans are losing faith in Biden’s failing COVID-19 “leadership.” Just weeks ago, Biden promised Americans they could take off their masks if they received COVID-19 vaccinations - now, he’s breaking his promise.
What you need to know:

Biden’s administration is now pushing Americans to wear masks, even if they have been fully vaccinated, a move that will have little to no effect on COVID-19's spread.
- Democrats are now all too eager to seize more control of Americans’ lives.
- These recent failures continue Joe Biden’s record of confusing and politically motivated public health messaging. Biden has:

Spread disinformation about the vaccine when its development didn’t suit him politically.

Lied about how and when the vaccine was developed and distributed, all to try and steal the credit for successful accomplishments of the Trump administration.

Failed to give clear, consistent messaging while threatening to censor Americans on social media.

Insulted people that aren’t vaccinated.

Biden, members of his administration, and Nancy Pelosi have already broken their own mask mandates several times. The new mandates have been in place for less than a week!
- Democrats and Joe Biden aren’t guided by “the science,” they are guided by maximizing big government’s control over your everyday life.
The bottom line:
If Biden wants to convince people to get vaccinated, he should look in the mirror - looking back at him will be the person who spread disinformation about the vaccine in the first place. Now, his administration is failing to deliver a clear, honest, and consistent message to the American people.
Biden is Failing Pennsylvania
What you need to know:

Biden’s failed policies are driving jobs out of the state, waging a war on energy, and dwindling manufacturing jobs, all while small businesses struggle to keep their doors open.

Democrat leadership is to blame for Pennsylvania’s lagging jobs recovery – in fact, every single state with a Republican governor has a lower unemployment rate than Pennsylvania.
- Under Biden, several Pennsylvania and Lehigh Valley companies have outsourced Pennsylvanians’ manufacturing jobs and closed their US-based facilities.
- Biden has a long history of lying to Pennsylvanians for his own political gain.
The bottom line:
Biden can travel to Pennsylvania all he wants to try and score political points, but Pennsylvania voters will always remember Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Democrats have failed their state’s workers and families.
