Latest Phishing Attempts

Instructions for reporting an email as Junk or Phish can be found here: Reporting Junk or Phishing Email

These emails may be directing you to an unknown and potentially dangerous website.

Phishing emails are commonly used by scammers to trick you into giving them access to your computer. They ‘fish’ for your personal details by encouraging you to click on a link or attachment.

If you click, malicious software will be installed and the hacker will have access to files and information stored on your computer.

A phishing email often appears to come from an organization that you know and trust, like a bank or financial institution, asking you to enter your account password on a fake copy of the site’s login page.

If you provide your account details, the scammer can hack into your account and take control of your profile.

Ayurveda on the Road: Pacifying Pitta
According to Ayurveda, summer is considered Pitta season. Wherever you choose to enjoy summer, because of the heat you want to pay attention to your Pitta dosha. Pitta, the dosha represented by fire and water, is responsible for digestion and transformation in the mind and body.

Pitta dosha has the qualities of being hot, bright, sharp, oily and liquid. According to Ayurveda, like increases like, so it’s important for Pitta-predominant folks to keep Pitta pacified (balanced) during the hot and bright summer months. When in balance, Pitta provides strong digestion, impressive organizational skills, and strong stamina. Out of balance, Pitta could be prone to occasional acid indigestion, excessive sweating, stubbornness, and impatience.

As you prepare for a summer or warm-weather excursion, it’s valuable to know what to do in order to keep Pitta dosha, the dosha of transformation, in balance. When Pitta is in balance, there is ease in the body and mind.

List of Greatest Yogis of all time
This article sheds light on some of the greatest yogis of all time whose teachings have led to the spiritual evolution of humanity.

14- Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (1918-2008)

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi developed the Transcendental Meditation technique and was referred to as 'His Holiness' by his devotees. He earned the title of 'Giggling Guru' as he mostly laughed in TV interviews. He became a guru to the Beatles, the Beach Boys and other celebrities. In 2008, after announcing his retirement from all administrative activities, he went into silence until his death three weeks later.
Exclusive excerpts from One Unbounded Ocean of Consciousness - Tony Nader, M.D., Ph.D., M.A.R.R.
“Over time and through the repeated experience of transcending and coming back to ordinary activity time and again, a person finds that awareness of the Self is not ever lost, not only during waking but also in deep sleep and dreaming,” writes Tony Nader, M.D., Ph.D., M.A.R.R., in this excerpt from his new best-selling book. “This state, in which inner silence co-exists with outward activity, Maharishi called Cosmic Consciousness, a fifth state of Consciousness.”

Maharishi Mahesh Yogi explains the role of action in unfolding higher states of consciousness

In August 1972 in Humboldt, California, TM Founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi explained the role of activity in developing Cosmic Consciousness. The alternation of deep rest during meditation with activity during the day stabilizes the pure consciousness experienced during the Transcendental Meditation technique. Over time, this unbounded awareness becomes a permanent experience, even when we are engaged in the boundaries of dynamic activity.

Question: Just how does activity develop Cosmic Consciousness, or CC?
Maharishi: Cosmic Consciousness. Two things there are: meditation and action, meditation and action. What is the role of action? When it is very easy to see the role of meditation to bring pure consciousness, to bring the experience of pure consciousness, what is the role of action in developing CC?

Karen Friedman Agnifilo, J.D., a 30-year veteran of public service, most recently served as Chief Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. She talks about the role of TM practice in helping survivors of domestic violence and in enhancing resilience for those who support them. READ MORE & WATCH VIDEO

Helping people with PTSD in Armenia
The ArmeniaRecoveryNow project is implementing evidence-based Transcendental Meditation (TM) in Armenia to reduce and eliminate post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

This video talks about the need for relief in war-torn Armenia after the recent war, the 1989-90 Relief project that provided rapid recovery from trauma after the 1988 earthquake in the nation, the current support from the national government with Ministry of Health writing that TM is good for mind and body, with Ministry of Emergency Situations inviting TM teachers to teach TM to their psychologists, with Ministry of Infrastructure and Territorial Administration sending out a message encouraging the provincial governments to support TM for trauma recovery.

In addition, after zoom video and in-person meetings with 9 of the 10 provincial governments in Armenia, six encouraged TM teachers to come to their provinces and said that they would provide facilities for us to teach TM and groups to teach.

Yoga Day in time of covid
Science in yogic life

Yoga is pathologically proven to heal the body and mind. There is much ongoing scientific research investigating the effects of
pranayama on lung functions, blood circulation, brain neuron activity and heart functions. Many scientists of neurophysiology, neurological consciousness and consciousness in physics have conducted much research at the Maharishi International University which publishes its findings in its Journal of Maharishi Vedic Research Institute.

Approximately 600 research papers regarding yoga have been prepared under the guidance of renowned scientist Dr. Tony Nader. Many European and American universities which are researching yoga have proven that if one per cent of the world’s population practices yoga and meditation, there will be a great peaceful impact on Earth. Thus, through yoga, the family, community and society’s lives will progress in calmness, peace and love.
