I returned last night from three nights at Winter Camp. Many councils are running these cold weather camping merit badge colleges at camp now-a-days. I agreed to teach one of the Citizenships which means you are bound to have plenty of takers. But with the end of the year near like many of you I'm focused on getting ready to host family for Christmas.
Today we are having a new fence put in so I am stuck at home. But it's a needed admin day to do consignor reports and end of the year bookkeeping. I'm sure there is a present or two that also needs wrapping.
Tomorrow I have two different collectors coming to see me with collections they want to part with. I don't usually get these kinda visitors and certainly never two on the same day but my holiday schedule is very condensed right now! One is in town for the holidays where all his Scout stuff is (at his parents house) while the other needs to vacate the building where his Scout stuff is stored. So we will see how these turn out.
On eBay I have 162 live auctions running live on eBay today. I have slowed down a little over the holidays but I'm still putting new material up every day.
I'll be taking a break from Scouting Hot Finds Live until at least the week of January 9th. We have a post Christmas vacation planned and eventually I have to tackle sorting everything out from collections I've purcahsed from Sept-Dec of this year.
