Array Technologies signs lease at The Offices at Chandler Viridian
Array Technologies, which recently announced a capital infusion of $500 million from Blackstone, has leased a 28,608 square foot space at The Offices at Chandler Viridian. The company is expanding and will relocate its current Chandler office to the larger space.

"Array Technologies is a valued member of Chandler's business community and we are thrilled to see them recommit to Chandler with this long-term lease on Price Corridor," stated Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke. "We are confident that Chandler offers the skilled workforce, top-notch educational opportunities, and diverse housing options that will allow Array Technologies to grow into the future."

Over the company's 30-year history, Array Technologies has expanded its manufacturing base in the United States to become a global provider of solar tracking solutions. Trackers move solar panels throughout the day to maintain an optimal orientation to the sun, which significantly increases their energy productions. As the global market for utility-scale tracked solar expands, so too does Array, with projects and offices in a growing number of countries.

ICYMI: 810 Billiards & Bowling makes Arizona debut in Chandler
810 Billiards & Bowling, a South Carolina-based entertainment center concept, has opened just south of Chandler Fashion Center at 3455 W Frye Road. It is the brand's first franchisee-owned location and the first outside of South Carolina.

The 20,500-square-foot center has 12 bowling lanes, five billiards tables, corn hole, shuffleboard, darts, an arcade and sports bar. The restaurant features classic American foods, including pizza, wings and burgers.

It is a great example of adaptive reuse in Chandler, repurposing vacant retail space.
