PLEASE READ
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

  • Demolition of the rental house is almost complete, pending the termination of the water line to the house.

  • Flooring work is progressing quickly and has moved into the upstairs classrooms, the downstairs hallways and the meeting rooms on the first floor.

  • Roofing repairs are needed, and will begin soon, in the Meeting House and the roof replacement of the James Brand House has also been scheduled.

  • The church building is CLOSED. For your safety, please do not attempt to enter the building.

  • Staff is working both remotely and in the office. We are available via email and phone. The staff is monitoring the office mailbox daily as well as checking the church voicemail several times throughout the day.

The Compassionate Life
 
Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.

First Church Book Group
 
First Church's Book Group is currently reading The Sea, by John Banville, and invites any and all who are interested to join their discussions via Zoom. 

Book Group meets on each Tuesdays at 4pm. Please call Marci Peterson at (440) 774-3118 to receive the Zoom invitation or if you have questions. All are welcome.

  • Worship, meetings and events are being held virtually.
  • The church building is currently closed to the general public.
  • Face masks are required in the building.
  • Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - noon, and 1pm - 4pm.
