Land Use Rules and Regulations Become Effective Thursday, July 1, 2021

The purpose of these Land Use Rules and Regulations is to promote aesthetic excellence of all Residential Property within Sea Pines, to encourage mutual respect among all Residential Property Owners and Tenants, and to foster standards which will maintain Sea Pines as the premier community on Hilton Head Island.

The Land Use Monitor routinely travels through Sea Pines to identify Properties that fail to comply with the Land Use Rules and Regulations.

The Owner is responsible to ensure their property remains in compliance with the Land Use Rules and Regulations at all times, including such owner's invitees, tenants, guests, and contractors. Violations of the Land Use Rules and Regulations may result in the levy of a fine/s.

Did you know that Sea Pines CSA facilitates debris pick-up from residential drop sites throughout the community?

Sea Pines CSA weekly yard waste pick-up service provides property owners with collection of “green material”. “Green material” includes, but is not limited to, yard trimmings, untreated wood wastes, natural fiber products, trees with approval, and small limbs not over 6” in diameter. The “green material” is processed into mulch at our Recycling Debris Facility and provided free of charge to property owners, upon request.

Please do not place other debris such as trash, doggie waste bags, flower pots, tree stumps, plastic, or concrete in the debris pickup locations.

Roadway Asphalt Repairs Conducted Throughout The Community

Sea Pines CSA contractors are conducting asphalt repairs, today, Thursday, June 24th on Plantation Drive. Work will continue through Friday, June 25th along Governors Road and other areas around the community. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic. Drivers are asked to proceed with caution.

Sea Pines CSA Mosquito Treatment

Our next mosquito treatment will take place on Monday, June 28th during overnight hours, weather permitting.

Sea Pines CSA To Host Deep Well Donation Event

The next Deep Well Donation Drop-off event is scheduled at the Sea Pines Community Center Parking Lot (71 Lighthouse Rd. Suite #120) on Thursday, July 1st from 8:00 AM to Noon.
