Dear Parents, Players and Supporters,

We're keeping this weeks note short and sweet. A picture paints a thousand words and it's pretty safe to say the incredible smiles we saw at our fields this week did just that!

Our players and parents have been excited, inspired, and engaged by our great coaches all week long and it's just Week 1!

The PFC Recreational program got off to a strong start with games at community fields all over the City and our popular Summer Camp kicked off at the Kinsmen Field complex through sunshine and rain.

We still have plenty of space available if you want to register this Summer, take a look at our program links below.

U3 - U6 SEASON 2 & U7+ Registrations
PFC or your coach will contact you next week regarding schedules, team info, and uniform pickup for the season start of the week of July 19th. Please look our for that email and check your junk mail if you do not see anything by Thursday, July 15th.
What equipment will I need to purchase for my child? 
Shin pads and soccer shoes. The registration fee for all players includes a jersey, shorts and socks. For players U3 to U12 a ball is included in the registration fee.

You will have received an email from the club about IMPORTANT CAMP INFO. Please check your junk mail if you have not seen it.

We have been back outdoors the last month with our PFC All Abilities Programs and we are seeing some amazing smiles on the field!! We are so thankful for our continued support from Jumpstart and their Sport Relief Fund and have been able to offer FREE programming to our All Abilities athletes this summer. 

This has allowed us to: 

  1. Support our athletes & families to return to our programs, without the added stress of possible financial barriers.
  2. Encourage our athletes & families to return to our programs and just "try" the program at no cost, to see if the athlete & family members feel safe and comfortable on the field. 
  3. Attracted new participants to our programs.

This is a great way for us to build back, and build back better & stronger! Thank you Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities for your support of community sport organizations like ours and getting our kids moving, socializing and having FUN again!!

Ontario Soccer is hosting its 2021 Match Official Clinics online. There is space available in these clinics and for more information on how to register please CLICK HERE.

There are user guides for Students to review to help with the registration process and the expectations of the clinics. When registering you will be asked to identify a club so please remember to enter Pickering FC! Once you register we will add you to our contact list to keep in touch with you regarding PFC Match Official Education Sessions and updates on the 2021 Outdoor season.
Community Programs* are suspended until we have confirmed safe access to the Pickering Soccer Centre.  
  • Walk the Dome, every Tuesday and Thursdays (9 - 11am). SUSPENDED 
  • Walking Soccer, weekly on Tuesdays (10:30-12pm). SUSPENDED
  • Adult Drop-In Soccer weekly on Sunday (8:30-10pm). SUSPENDED

* Covid-19 protocols and participant waivers will be in effect for all community programming
