KESHER CLASSES CONTINUE TOMORROW

Kesher classes continue TOMORROW, November 2 from 6:30-8:30PM. All classes will meet on their regular schedule. It has been great to see so many of our Kesher students each week throughout our first month. For those we have not seen, we hope to see you soon! We do track attendance in all classes and a member of our Kesher team will be in touch over the coming weeks with families of Kesher students who we have not yet seen in classes this year. We do encourage that if you expect your teen to be out for a duration of time to please let us know.

COLDER WEATHER - DINNER UPDATES

As the days continue to get colder and we move our way through the Fall and into the Winter, we are closely monitoring weather each week to determine the best option when it comes to our weekly dinners. It remains our priority to continue with dinner outdoors under the TBS parking lot tent. If weather does not cooperate, with guidance from TBS and Beth El dinner will be moved indoors. If dinners are moved indoors, a notification will be sent out via Remind and grades will be split up in order to decrease the number of individuals eating indoors in one space. Masks are required at all times indoors and may only be placed down when eating. Once the meal is complete, masks must be put back on. We strongly encourage that over these next few weeks as the evenings do get chillier to please dress accordingly. Layers are strongly encouraged.

TEEN SUMMIT - NOVEMBER 9

Our first teen summit is scheduled for next Tuesday, November 9. Teen summits began as a collaborative effort between TBS and Beth El in the 2020-2021 school year and we are incredibly excited to continue them this year, in-person during Kesher! We are pleased to be welcoming our first guest speaker, Elsa Garrison, next Tuesday who is a professional sports photographer and currently covering the World Series! The evening will include time with Elsa, dinner and a special Hesed project. Check out more on Elsa by viewing the following video:
