FILL OUT AND RETURN FEDERAL IMPACT AID FORM

The U.S. Dept. of Education Federal Survey Card was mailed home to all Maui High students for parents to complete ASAP. Please complete the form, and return it as soon as possible to the Maui High main office.

Completed Impact Aid Program survey cards allow HIDOE to qualify for federal funds that can be used to hire teachers, purchase textbooks and computers, pay for utilities and more. We strongly urge all parents to complete the surveys and return them to Maui High as soon as possible. Thank y ou

Hey Seniors! Instructions to order your cap and gown is now posted on our school website. Be sure to review the information thoroughly and place your order by December 1st to avoid late fees

SABER MASKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

Show your school spirit by sporting a Maui High facemask! Saber masks are available for purchase at the main office from 8am-2pm. Masks are $8 cash only.

**Office will be open over the Fall break.

Project Grad 2021 Registration Refunds

Seniors, if you pre-registered last spring for the PTSA's 2021 Project Graduation event, refunds for event deposits will be issued on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30 from 3:00pm-4:00pm in front of the main office. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].

Family Support Resources

'Ohana Help Desk - Tech Help

Help desk agents are available to assist HIDOE families with their technology questions and issues as students go through their online classes lessons.

Reach out to the ‘Ohana Help Desk at 643-DESK (3375) Mon-Fri from 7am-8pm, Sunday from 4-8pm or go to ohanahelpdesk.org for 24/7 support.

Health Hotline & Telehealth

HIDOE students and families have FREE access to a health hotline and telehealth services provided by the Hawai‘i Keiki: Healthy and Ready to Learn Program.

This service aims to deliver equitable access to health resources and care for HIDOE students using mobile devices and interactive technology.

The health hotline can be reached at (844) 436-3888 (toll free) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Peer Support (Grieving Loss)

Na Keiki O Emalia offers FREE peer support groups for youth who are grieving the death of someone important to them. For interested kids or teens, there is a link to sign up on their website at nkoemaui.org.

Substance Abuse Support

Maui Youth & Family Services offers confidential substance abuse counseling services to help students with sobriety, positive coping skills, connection, self-awareness, and relapse prevention. Interested teens should call 808-249-8691 or email [email protected].
