CHAMBER CHATTER

Read Chamber Chatter in the Coast News Featuring Griffen Bradds, owner of new CrossFit Rebuild.

In his mid-30s as a critical care nurse, Griffen noticed some of his patients were only 10 years older than him! Alarmed, especially when he realized his lifestyle shared many risk factors such as poor diet and no exercise, he set out to make changes.

After trying different workouts, a colleague introduced him to CrossFit. A few minutes into his first class, he knew CrossFit was exactly what he wanted.

The Cottage Encinitas

Stop in to say hi to Jason Peaslee and Trevor LeClair – tell them the Chamber sent you!

Since 1992, The Cottage has been a beloved brunch institution, drawing locals and visitors alike for its cozy seaside atmosphere and classic American-SoCal fare. After 30 years of serving diners at its Victorian-era bungalow in downtown La Jolla, The Cottage debuted a North County outpost in the summer of 2022, giving way to The Cottage Encinitas. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, the charming daytime eatery serves up homestyle classics and cult favorites, in addition to retail of its ultra-popular granola and coffee blends, crafted on-site at The Cottage Encinitas’s in-house roastery.
