PLEASE NOTE: The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Sunnyview Expo Center is NOT open this week. We are working on securing vaccine supply for future clinic opportunities and will share additional opportunities for vaccination in our area as soon as possible. We encourage anyone currently eligible for vaccine to continue to seek opportunities where you would typically get your flu shot, whether that is your doctor's office or pharmacy.

A CDC report gives options for wearing masks to better protect you and others from COVID-19. Wearing a disposable mask under a cloth mask can improve fit and give you better protection.
-
To prevent the spread of germs, including COVID-19, CDC recommends washing hands with soap and water whenever possible. If soap and water are not readily available, using a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol can help you avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Properly apply alcohol-based sanitizer by rubbing the gel over all surfaces of your hands and fingers until your hands are dry. Do Not:
- Rinse or wipe off the alcohol-based hand sanitizer before it’s dry
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer to clean surfaces
- Store alcohol-based hand sanitizer above 105°F
- Swallow alcohol-based hand sanitizers
- Q: How will I know when to get my second dose of COVID-19 vaccine?
-
A: Before you leave the vaccine location, make sure you know when and where to come back for your second dose, and put a reminder on your calendar. You can sign up for text message reminders about your second dose through VaxText by texting ENROLL to 1-833-Vaxtext (829-8398). VaxText is a free text messaging platform where you can opt in to receive text message reminders to get your second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
- Q: I received a vaccination card when I got my COVID-19 vaccine. What is it for?
-
A: Your vaccination card has information on when and where you received your vaccine as well as other helpful information related to the COVID-19 vaccine. Be sure to keep your card in a safe place. You may also visit the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) for an electronic version. Avoid taking pictures/selfies of your vaccination card or posting photos of your card online to protect your health information.
