COVID-19 Nonprofit Response Network Update
The health and safety of the community remains our priority. When the World Health Organization declared the Coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic in the spring of 2020, the COVID-19 Nonprofit Response Network was developed to provide a space for clarity, brainstorming, resource sharing and solidarity as we navigated our new paradigm. Meetings began weekly, eventually moved to bi-weekly, and after 30+ meetings and feedback from the social sector, it was determined to continue to meet quarterly as the Nonprofit Resource Network in hopes and anticipation this group will be of value after this pandemic. COVID-19 continues to threaten our community, national, and world well-being. Implications from the pandemic on our stakeholders will continue to be in the forefront of conversations. A standing agenda will give space for nonprofit leaders to share client/community needs, resources, & agency/staff updates & events (related or otherwise to the current pandemic).
