117 people received their booster shot at our last clinic! Due to popular demand, Hartford HealthCare staff will return to Bentley. The clinic is for walk-ins only. The 40 available spots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Remember to bring your ID, insurance card and vaccination card. To ensure you are eligible, visit the Hartford HealthCare website

50 Pounds of Cat Food Collected!

Thank you to everyone who donated cat food to support Our Companions Animal Rescue. Their program center is located in Manchester and animal sanctuary for pet adoption is in Ashford.

Our Companions "help cats in need today, while also working to prevent additional cats from becoming homeless tomorrow".

Virtual Cooking Class: Pumpkin Recipes

Bring the family together to learn how to make yummy Pumpkin Pie Parfait and Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites. Follow along virtually from your kitchen with Shoprite Dietician and Nutritionist Sarabeth.

Pajama Storytime with Riley and Take & Make Craft Kits
Thursday, Nov. 18 from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Zoom

Get cozy in your pajamas then join us on Zoom for autumn stories and a demonstration of our Take & Make craft. We will be joined by Bentley's unofficial mascot, Riley the Golden Retriever. Stop by the library the week of November 15 to pick up your craft kit. This program is ideal for children under age 10, but all are welcome. Black Bears

Join Ray Hardy, Bolton resident and DEEP Master Wildlife Conservationist for this Zoom presentation on the natural history of Black Bears in CT. Ray will discuss current findings on population densities as well as means of safely coexisting with these amazing creatures. 2nd Annual - Oh So Cozy Blanket Drive
Bentley will once again collect NEW, handmade, crochet, knit and tie blankets and quilts. Your wonderful creations will be donated to Holy Family Home Shelter in Willimantic and Cornerstone Shelter in Vernon/ Rockville. Want to learn how to make a tie blanket? Watch our how-to video.
