The arrival of Fall means several things: pumpkin spice season is here, Halloween costumes are being purchased or made, Thanksgiving menus are being planned, guzzling hot chocolate is more socially acceptable, there's an apple pie (or two) in the oven, and—perhaps most importantly—it's nearly election time!

We want to inspire you to vote in the 2020 Presidential Election by sharing these quotes full of powerful, patriotic messages from founding fathers to modern-day leaders.
If you need to register to vote please stop by the Monroe Library or click here.

At Snohomish County Fire District 7, the onset of Fall often signals a time the district normally gears up for Fire Prevention Week. Firefighters look forward to school visits in kindergarten, second, and fourth grade classrooms. This year looks a little different, but District 7's focus remains the same. District 7 wants to support our parents and teachers, and bring valuable safety messages to the children, teens, adults, and families within the district. Join District 7 for their second Instructor Workshop to learn lessons that teach grade level standards, focus on safety messages, and highlight the diverse roles firefighters and team members play on a day-to-day basis. Each lesson is ready to be incorporated in your virtual classroom or in your home.
Online registration for this free workshop is now open!
