Youth Mission Week Postponed
Due to recent health concerns we will be postponing our summer mission week. We will hopefully be moving this opportunity to August.
We want to focus on our church families health as a whole, and make sure we are living up to what John Wesley directed us in regards to "do NO harm."
We understand that this is frustrating but we are trying to make sure that we help keep all our students and families safe. Please be on the lookout for dates to come as we move forward. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact
Rachelle or
Teresa via email.
Again thank you for your willingness to serve our church and our community as the body of Christ.

Stay Connected With Your Aledo UMC Family
Aledo UMC has heeded the warnings from health officials and temporarily closed the church offices for the foreseeable future. We are still the church, sohere are several ways for our AUMC family to stay connected through the week:
As we move into virtual worship and other gatherings for the foreseeable future, now is a great time to connect with online giving to ensure that the ministries and outreach of the church are not interrupted.
There are two basic ways to give electronically, and both are quick and simple.
The best option is to give via a direct transfer from your checking account. This is fee-free for you and the church. Simply fill out the accompanying ACH form and send it in to the church office along with a voided check. You can mail it to Aledo UMC, PO Box 126, Aledo, TX 76008.
Or you can text "aledoumc" to 77977. This will connect you to a service called PushPay, which will allow you to give electronically to the church using either a credit card or debit card. You will receive a text back with instructions guiding you through setting up your gift. You can give either a one-time gift or set up weekly or monthly giving through PushPay.
