Amplify Wimberley Watershed
Greetings!

Do you care about our land and water? We need your help to Amplify our impact!  Please spread the word about this year’s Amplify Day of Giving on March 4th.  The Wimberley Valley Watershed Association (WVWA) relies on donor support to inform policies, inspire innovation, and monitor and educate.  We are a busy group working across the Texas Hill Country to keep our springs, creeks, and rivers clear, clean, and flowing. Check out our accomplishments over the last year (Year-end letter from David Baker, WVWA Executive Director).
We’d be honored and grateful if you would share the WVWA Amplify campaign with your networks to help expand our fundraising efforts for greater impact with the campaign.  We’re hoping to raise at least $10,000 to support our programs.  Donate to the campaign now through Thursday, March 4th.

Amplify gifts will:
  • Protect and preserve clean, clear flowing water in Jacob’s Well, Cypress Creek, the Blanco River, and across the Hill Country.
  • Expand One Water solutions in the Hill Country to extend water supplies and encourage beneficial reuse.
  • Protect water quality through innovative wastewater solutions and regulatory reform.
  • Conserve critical habitat and recharge areas by pursuing easements and public preserves.
  • Inform policy with sound science to create more sustainable communities.

If we all contribute to the solution, collectively we’ll make great strides towards smart growth, strategic roadway planning, resource protection, and nurturing an economy that helps protect what makes the Texas Hill Country iconic.

You can spread the word about Amplify on Facebook, Twitter, and through email by linking to our campaign https://www.amplifyatx.org/organizations/wimberley-valley-watershed-association and including the hastag #ILiveHereIGiveHere! If you have any questions or would like more information to share with your network, reach out! We would love to connect.

Support your Watershed and spread the word!  Your donation today directly impacts the future of land and water. Thank you for your support.
Be well,

The WVWA Board of Directors
