Greetings...and welcome to the February, 2023 Newsletter. We hope this brief update finds all of you doing well, with a great start to your 2023!
This month and next month's newsletter may be more brief than usual, as we are in the middle of our annual factory CNY break. This means a 2 month gap in shipments leaving our factory and a dip in our normal frequency of releases. We'll pick back up to normal sometime in April.
The downtime has afforded us a solid month to travel across the country getting photos of 2024's line up of new replicas. From NY to California, the upper Midwest down to Florida, we're adding new Fire Departments to our program. But as you know, wheels turn slowly in this business, so a project started today means availability 12-16 months from now.
This month will see two new releases...both modern Seagrave engines for FDNY. The eleven pumpers from 2009-2010 and 2020-2021 will continue the line of authentic, museum grade replicas for NYC. Scroll down to catch the release dates.
A couple of weeks ago, we received the FDNY KME Engines and Philadelphia Seagrave Aerialscopes, as well as the FDNY 1984-86 Mack CF Engines. Our next shipment of modern Chicago Tower Ladders and Classic FDNY Mack C Tower Ladders should arrive in the 2nd half of March.
Thank you all for your kind words and wishes on the birth of our first grandchild this past month. She is healthy and beautiful! As it turns out, we're expecting our 2nd this month...so we're quite excited and thankful that all of these blessings are coming during our annual slowdown.
