October 29, 2020
Dear friends,
Early Voting is underway now through Monday, November 2 at 11 centers across Prince George's County. On Tuesday, November 3, 41 voting centers will be open from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm. Residents of Prince George's County may vote at any Early Voting or Election Day voting center in the County. Please note, your normal polling place is likely not open on Election Day, you need to go to one of the voting centers.
Secure ballot drop boxes are located at all early voting and election day voting centers to safely and securely return your mail in ballot. Remember, all mail in ballots must be put in a ballot drop box or post marked by Tuesday, November 3, at 8:00 pm to be counted.
Important note: Putting your ballot in a mail box by 11/3 at 8pm does not mean it will be postmarked by 11/3 at 8 pm -- please pay close attention to the last collection time listed on the mail box to ensure it will be collected and postmarked in time to be counted.
Check the status of your mail in ballot.
Not registered to vote? Starting in 2020, Maryland now has same day voter registration! You can register to vote and then vote in person during early voting or on election day.
To prove where you live, bring your MVA-issued license, ID card, or change of address card, or your paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with your name and new address.
