Raider Pride:
The 7
th
grade volleyball team coached by Sally Caltrider, Megan Laferriere, Fr. Paternoster, Lucy Caltrider and Riley Caltrider won the CYO Volleyball Tournament at Team Indiana this past Sunday, 1/5.
They started with their first game at 8a and played 14 games to make it to the championship game against St. Jude who were primarily made up of 8
th
graders and won the in 2 sets to get the CYO girls volleyball tournament championship win.
The team was made up of the following girls: Anna Ellery, Kennedy Fagan, Ana Hedrick, Audrey Kehlor, Jordan Laferriere, Gabriella Mendoza, Anna Merenda, Jeanette Murray and Keira Wolf.

This form is to secure your children(s) position(s) in our school next year.
Failure to complete & return this form will result in losing your child's position in the school for next year.
- List all children returning from oldest to youngest with baptismal name & grade for next year
- List all incoming Kindergarten children who will be age 5 by August 1, 2020 in the designated box
- Circle your selection Full Day or Half-Day Kindergarten
- If you select Half-Day Kindergarten, please indicate your preference for AM (7:45-10:45AM) or PM (12:15-3:10PM)
- Return form to school office by Jan 15. If you have an incoming Kindergartner and are selecting the Full Day option, a $250 deposit is required with your form. Please make checks payable to OLMC.

Catholic Schools Week is just a few short weeks away which means we will be opening our front doors on Wednesday, January 29th for prospective OLMC families.
Please consider helping welcome these families by being a tour guide.
No previous experience necessary!
It does not matter whether you are a new family this year or a seasoned family as detailed talking points, maps, organized instruction with humor and smiles AND refreshments will be provided.
Tour guides would need to be available from 8:45-10:45.

Moms of Our Lady Prayer Group:
We are a drop-in prayer group each Friday at 9:30, hosted in the home of an OLMC mom. All are welcome to join us - just show up!

Annual K of C Blood Drive at OLMC:
January 19 from 8am - 2:30pm Parish Hall
The Knights of Columbus Council #11044 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish are sponsoring a Blood Drive at our parish hall on Sunday, January 19.
To encourage parents and friends to donate blood, OLMC has given permission for students to earn an “out of uniform” day as determined by Sr. Maria Benedicta. Here is how this will work:
Sunday, Jan 19:
Bring the form to the blood drive and make sure to have it signed by a Knight of Columbus representative.
The date for the Out of Uniform day will be announced next Wednesday.
