The Apex Student Housing Tour

The APEX Student Housing project is the former site of the Colony Manor Apartment buildings, approx. 16-townhomes that have been removed to accommodate the development of this state of the art student housing experience. The project design focuses on ‘connectivity,’ linking residents and students together with cutting edge access to technology.
Tour is free and open to the public.

AIA Rochester Scholarship Program |
AIA Rochester and The Architectural Foundation of Greater Rochester, in conjunction with AIA National, the family of Myron Starks, and Women in Architecture, announce the 2022 Scholarship Program.
The scholarship program is open to high school seniors committed to an architecture program for the Fall 2022 term and college students currently enrolled in an architecture program for the 2021 – 2022 academic year.

As a Senior Associate/Senior Architect and Project Manager at Passero Associates Mira has designed and managed a host of projects in various market sectors, but predominately in multifamily, mixed use, affordable and student housing market. She has a great interest in sustainable design and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction. She is a mentor and teacher to the architectural team members and is a Co-Leader of the PA Professional Women’s Forum. Read More
