Proxies to establish a quorum for this meeting were mailed and emailed on Monday, April 4th to Sea Pines CSA Members in good standing as of the March 8th date of record.

RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing April 11-17, 2022
|
|
NEW IN 2022 – RBC Heritage tickets will be 100% digital. Guests are required to present a valid digital ticket to enter Tournament grounds and may proceed through the gates once a valid scan has been registered. Each spectator will receive a ticket to wear.

Restricted Areas During the Week of Heritage/Hangtag Information

The road names listed here will have restricted access Monday, April 11th - Sunday, April 17th, during the RBC Heritage Tournament. The Security Checkpoints will be manned starting at 6:00 am each day until the end of tournament play. Click here to view a map of the Security Checkpoints.

If you live in a restricted area, a Heritage Hangtag will be required for vehicle access through the Security Checkpoints during tournament play. If your road is not shown on the list, you will not need a vehicle hangtag for access to your residence. To request a hangtag(s) for your property please visit our website at www.seapinesliving.com/hangtags *Only one request per household
Lot 4 Parking Information During RBC Heritage

Parking is available at Lot 4 (entry at Governors Road off of Greenwood Drive) on a first-come, first-served basis for those with the following decals: Property Owner Decal, Relative Decal, Long Term Renter Decal, short term weekly rental/resort pass. Please note Property Owner Guest passes are not permitted to park in lot 4.
2022 Heritage Trolley Map and Schedule
- The Sea Pines Trolley will provide service to the Heritage tournament Monday, April 11th – Sunday, April 17th from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Reminder- Face Coverings Required to Ride the Trolley
- All passengers and trolley drivers are required to wear face coverings when aboard the trolley. Refusal to wear a mask or face covering or acting in an unsafe manner will result in denial of entry or expulsion from this service.

North Sea Pines Drive Improvement Project Nearing Completion
- Site restoration is in progress and will continue through next week
.
- Survey crews will be in the field along North Sea Pines Drive the week of April 18th, weather permitting.

Sea Pines CSA Boardwalk #41A Remains Closed for Reconstruction
Replacement and construction work on Boardwalk #41A, located between Oyster Catcher Road and Laughing Gull Road, is in progress. The boardwalk will also be extended over the dune to aid in the protection and allow the dune to continue to build.
Work will take approximately 1 to 2 more weeks, weather permitting. The beach boardwalk access will be closed to all pedestrian traffic during this time.

Tree Care Management
Please be aware that tree trimming will take place in various locations around the community the week of April 18th, weather permitting.

Stormwater Repair
Drainage pipe cleaning
on St. Andrews Place at the edge of the lagoon will begin next week, weather permitting. This work will help improve the lagoon flow in this area.

|
Stormwater Maintenance
Line jetting on the side streets off of Club Course Drive will resume next week, weather permitting. This process cleans sediment from drainage pipes to improve flow.

Sea Pines CSA Beach Shuttle Service Resumes Monday, April 18th
|
|
The Beach Shuttle will operate during the below timeframes from 9 AM- 5 PM, seven days a week, weather permitting.

April 18 – May 26: Lot 4 at Governors Road and Greenwood Drive

May 27 – September 5: Lot 8 near Fraser Circle on Greenwood Drive

Take Care, Be Aware: Snakes are most active between April and October. Please take the below precautions to stay safe:
|
|
- Never pick up or attempt to move a snake.
- Never place your hands, arms, feet or legs where you can’t see them when outdoors.
- Wear leather gloves if you have to handle debris, logs, rocks and other objects where a snake could be hiding.
- Always wear closed shoes and long pants when walking through woods or places where you won’t have clear views of where you step.

Land Use Rules and Regulations Property Appearance Reminders
|
|
Laundry items (e.g., towels, bathing suits, clothing) may not be hung on railings/balconies or any other location where visible from adjoining properties, a golf course, the beach or the street.
Household items (e.g., coolers, bicycles, skateboards), yard maintenance equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, gas cans), and sports equipment (e.g., field sports equipment, basketballs, kayaks, canoes) must be stored out of public view when not actively in use.

Temporary storage of bicycles in public view during the months of April through September may be permitted, if such bicycles are stored neatly, as far from the road as possible and in a location that does not block walkways or create a safety hazard.

2022 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Payment Reminder
For those property owners with outstanding balances as of April 4, 2022, your guest pass, as well as your rental guest pass privileges, have been suspended.
If you need a copy of your invoice and/or instructions on how to pay your assessment, please e-mail Tracey McNeill at traceym@csaseapines.com. We sincerely appreciate all property owners who have remitted payments timely.
